About Dreams to Life

A community-driven foundation turning grassroots dreams into dignified realities across Odisha.

Our Story

From a small beginning in 2020 to a movement for change

Dreams to Life Foundation was formally incorporated in December 2020 in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, as a Section 8 not-for-profit company under the Companies Act, 2013. It was founded by a group of committed professionals and social workers — Abhishek Mohanty (Consultant), Niharika Kundu (Social Worker), and Abinash Kumar Pradhan (Social Worker & Filmmaker) — who shared a vision of empowering marginalized communities through livelihood, education, health, and environmental initiatives.

The Foundation began with a modest authorized share capital of ₹1,00,000 divided into 10,000 shares, symbolizing its structured yet non-profit orientation. From its inception, it emphasized ethical governance, transparency, and reinvestment of all resources into social objectives, ensuring that no profits or dividends are distributed to members.
